Pokémon Johto ist das dritte Opening der Animeserie. Es wird für die gesamte dritte Staffel verwendet, in welcher Ash und seine Freunde erstmals die Johto-Region bereisen. Es ist 60 Sekunden lang. Die Vollversion hat eine Laufzeit von 2 Minuten und 50 Sekunden. Eine neu eingesungene Version des Liedes wird auch in Pokémon 3 - Im Bann der Icognito als Opening verwendet. Der englische Titel des Liedes ist ebenfalls „Pokémon Johto“ und wird von PJ Lequerica gesungen.
