Electric ist ein Lied der US-amerikanischen Musikerin Katy Perry^⁠, welches für das P25 Music-Event des 25. Pokémon-Jubiläums am 14. Mai 2021 veröffentlicht wurde. Schon einige Tage davor wurde die Veröffentlichung des Liedes auf YouTube, Spotify und Twitter geteased. Letzten Endes wurde durch die The Pokémon Company der Erscheinungstag bestätigt. Der Name des Liedes wurde am 13. Januar 2021 bereits bekannt gegeben. Der Name des Liedes spielt auf den Typen des Pokémon Pikachu, Elektro, an. Pikachu selber nimmt eine große Rolle im Musikvideo ein. Des Weiteren erschien genau einen Monat später am 14. Juni 2021 das offizielle Lyric-Video zu Electric.

Das Musikvideo dreht sich um Katy Perry und ihr weibliches Pikachu, welche zusammen an einem Leuchtturm entspannen und sich an alte Zeiten erinnern. Imaginär reisen die beiden in die Vergangenheit, wo die junge Katy Perry mit ihrem Pikachu, zu dem Zeitpunkt noch ein Pichu, schöne gemeinsame Dinge erleben.
